Jersey is set to honour its most exceptional organisations with the launch of Jersey’s Best Workplace, a prestigious new annual award that recognises employers who excel in creating positive, engaging, and rewarding work environments.
Powered by CompassJersey, a specialist HR and training consultancy, and in partnership with All Island Media, the trusted name behind the Jersey Evening Post and Bailiwick Express, the survey will identify and celebrate the best workplaces in Jersey as voted for by their own employees.

With a focus on employee satisfaction, wellbeing, and workplace culture, Jersey’s Best Workplace provides a unique platform for businesses of all sizes to measure their employee engagement and receive valuable feedback. All entrants will gain access to a comprehensive report detailing key insights into how their teams feel about various aspects of their jobs—from overall job satisfaction and personal pride to areas such as reward, recognition, and empowerment.
Participating organisations will not only receive detailed results and analysis but will also be benchmarked against other local businesses. Top-performing companies will be highlighted in a special Jersey’s Best Workplace publication distributed in print and online via the Jersey Evening Post and Bailiwick Express in March 2025. Winners will be honoured at a special awards ceremony in March 2025.
The award provides a unique opportunity for organisations to gain insights directly from their employees, helping them to:
Showcase their commitment to creating a positive workplace environment.
Use the results to enhance their reputation, attracting and retaining top talent.
Gain evidence-based data on employee engagement, including key factors like flight risk and job satisfaction.
