" We saw it as a great chance to step back and really listen to our team’s experience, and to challenge ourselves to be even better"

Lizzy de Carteret, practice manager at St Martin’s Surgery

She added that the awards had benefited the firm in gathering insight from employees.

“The feedback was eye-opening in some areas and encouraging in others,” she said.

“It gave us a clearer picture of what our staff value most and highlighted some practical steps we could take to improve.

“The insights sparked some great discussions and helped us prioritise where to focus next – especially around communication and how we recognise people’s contributions.”

Top-performing companies will be highlighted in a special Jersey’s Best Workplace publication distributed in print and online through the Jersey Evening Post and Bailiwick Express.

Winners will be honoured at a special awards ceremony in 2026.

In addition to the survey results, compensation and potential to be crowned Jersey’s Best Workplace, entrants will receive an All Island Media advertising credit and an annual subscription to the digital edition of the Jersey Evening Post.
