All Island Media is pleased to announce an extended opportunity for businesses to participate in Jersey’s Best Workplace, an initiative designed to provide organisations with impartial insights into their employees’ views while celebrating workplace excellence.
Developed in partnership with CompassJersey, Jersey’s Best Workplace offers businesses a comprehensive analysis of employee engagement, focusing on eight key areas: reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, personal pride, job satisfaction and wellbeing, line management, and learning and development.
James Horrigan of CompassJersey explained:
“Jersey’s Best Workplace is an entirely different proposition, designed to elevate an organisation’s ability to demonstrate to the rest of the world what its employees genuinely deadline-extended-for-jersey’s-best-workplace-awards-2025think about its efforts across these key areas.”
The initiative has already been described as “probably the best investment businesses will make this year,” according to Kevin Keen, co-founder of Leadership Jersey.
The extended deadline allows employee surveys to be submitted by Friday, 31 January 2025, providing businesses that were unable to commit in late 2024 with a fresh opportunity to benchmark their workplace culture and gather invaluable insights.

Friday, 31 January 2025: Employee surveys close
Friday, 28 February 2025: Survey results released to organisations
Friday, 28 March 2025: Advertising booking deadline
Friday, 4 April 2025: Artwork deadline
Wednesday, 23 April 2025: Jersey’s Best Workplace published
Thursday, 1 May 2025: Jersey’s Best Workplace awards ceremony
Organisations that enrolled in 2024 will still receive their survey results on 31 January 2025, as originally planned. However, the revised publication and awards ceremony dates will apply to all participants.
